love & its opposite

in keeping up with my resolution, i am happy to finally share with you this post that was drafted two weeks ago, just after the new year.

love & its opposite
we are finally at the end of term, and officially half way through with the mfa. with a happy relief my second year solo show is up. the work included in the show exploded forth to fruition over the past week, up until then it had been simmering below the surface, with no way of getting a good read on it until the pieces took life in the gallery. that being said, the work of a show doesn't stop once its opened, but persists constantly bringing new life to itself.
