many things to list..

this post comes with much time between the last, not for lack of events, but just the opposite. a run down of the goings on chronologically will be my plan of attack, and broken down into several posts. let's begin with the move.

kathryn, one of my dear friends, is back from her wondrous oregon adventure, you can read all about it at her blog. over the past few weeks kathryn, randel, their cat, and i were preparing to move into a new apt. together we reside in port jefferson, and the apt. is a markable upgrade for all of us, including, kitty (she has many great windows at which to perch in order to spy lots of feathered friends). each of us are paying less rent, we have on site laundry, great kitchen, kicking backyard complete with a fire pit. the best characteristic by far is the good, calming atmosphere the apartment has provided us, i like to attribute most of that to it's previous tenants, our wonderful michigander friends, kristine and per, whom we are missing dearly. so we are just about all settled and i am quite content to be there for the next couple years.
